Fumi have been devoted to practicing Ashtanga yoga since 2009. In 2015, she was fortunate to meet Dena Kingsberg, who has since become life teacher and continues to guide her practice and teaching. Having spent 15 years in childhood training in Karate, it has greatly influenced her approach to yoga and serves as the foundation for both body and mind. As a Registered Nurse her extensive knowledge and experience allows her to provide detailed insights for teaching yoga. Fumi eagerly anticipates joining you on your yoga journey, and walking alongside you every step of the way.

Michele is visiting once more from Santa Barbara, California. She has been a dedicated Ashtanga yoga practitioner and teacher for nearly 30 years. A professional dance career, raising twin boys, Vipasana meditation and studying Ayurveda have all contributed greatly to the loving, compassionate, balanced approach she brings to her practice of yoga and teaching. A deep well of gratitude lives in her heart for the incredibly good fortune of finding this potent practice and it’s potent teachers to guide and support her through this life. She is looking forward to sharing time and space with you this winter.
